the location was convenient, offering easy access to the railway station. We loved the comfortable rooms and friendly staff who provided excellent service. the breakfast was delicious, and the bathroom amenities were top, notch. the view from our room was fantastic, and the facilities were well, maintained.
When a cup was accidentally broken while using the coffee machine, we were initially asked to pay £10 to replace it.

the cleanliness was perfect, with all the areas in the hotel looking nothing messy. the hotel facilities were great, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. I also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation services available within the premises. the location was perfect and made it easy for me to explore this fabulous city. The staff was accommodating, and the breakfast was a delicious treat every morning.

the room was spacious and well-appointed with exclusive facilities such as a steam room and infinity pool.
the staff charged me a high fee for accidentally breaking a cup while using the coffee machine in the room.

I recently stayed at a 5-star hotel and loved it! The room was super comfortable and had a coffee machine in it which is always a plus. The location was also great, very close to a major transportation hub which made getting around the city a breeze. Another thing I really appreciated was the authentic feeling of luxury and high-end service that I received during my stay.
There was one issue that put a bit of a damper on my otherwise perfect stay. While trying to use the coffee machine, I accidentally broke a cup and was informed that I would be charged for it.
